Summary Details
•
Under th
is RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking
Proposals from vendors with expertise in
Supply and Delivery of gasoline, diesel (including bio-diesel and renewable diesel) and heating fuel and
meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled,
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FUELS
Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this
RFP
in accordance with the instructions set forth in thi
s RFP.
•
Term of the contract & options - Five (5) Year , & Two (2) One (1) Optional Terms
The
RFP
will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).
•
Proponents
may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
