Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: The project will renovates and reconfigures the existing men’s and women’s restrooms, demolition of existing restrooms, improved janitorial and modified existing kitchen space, revised electrical distribution, plumbing, removal and replacement of upgraded HVAC equipment serving the restrooms.
Construction Cost Estimate: $813,054.00
