Project Description: Davis County, on behalf of the Davis County Health Department (“Health Department”) is seeking a qualified service provider (“Vendor”) to develop a comprehensive brand foundation strategy for Davis Links. The brand foundation strategy must clarify, strengthen, and position the Davis Links’ brand to align with its vision, mission, values, and strategic goals. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting a thorough analysis, engaging community partners, and delivering a complete brand framework that will serve as the cornerstone for all future branding and marketing efforts.
