Description

We are seeking 2 hydrant outlet couplers with accompanying storage brackets and Deadman Adaptors designed to work on EU specification under ground hydrant systems for refueling aircraft via fuel pantograph and Hydrant Service Modules. These couplers are 90 degree metal pipes with a coupler that connects to the under ground hydrant system. The other side connects to a 2.5 inch flexible hose that is connected to the refueling vehicle.





1) Hydrant Coupler

90 degree body must be made of aluminum material.

Outlet opening width of 317.50mm with synthetic rubber bumper.

Positioning handle must be made of steel with a width of 488.95mm

Poppet valve must be positioned 276.35mm from the bottom of the synthetic bumper and 333.38mm to left of the discharge side of the coupler.

Poppet valve must be made of aluminum.





2) Coupler Storage Bracket

Compatibility: Must securely hold a hydrant coupler with a width of 317.50 mm

Durability: Capable of withstanding moving vehicle speeds and dynamic conditions

Retention: Secure locking or clamping mechanism to prevent dislodgement during transit

Material: Corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty construction (e.g., stainless steel or powder-coated aluminum)

Mounting: Suitable for installation on mobile fueling vehicles or trailers





3) Hydraulic Deadman Adapter



Manual Operation: Handheld, spring-loaded, normally closed

Activation Method: Lever squeeze to supply pressure

Design: Comfortable pistol grip, lightweight and rugged

Color: Anodized red for high visibility

Connections: Two hose ports (supply and output)

Flow Direction: Clearly marked on the device

Valve Type: Pneumatic three-way valve (for air systems)
