Summary:
Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify vendors that are interested in and capable of providing Work Uniform Rental and Laundry Services for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center (VAMC).
Description of Work:
The Contractor shall provide work uniform rental and laundry service for identified employees in the Facilities Management Service at the Veteran s Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) campus in Martinsburg, WV. Uniforms that are Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant with respect to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E are flash level two protection are needed for workers on a daily basis. As part of their work assignments, these personnel may expectedly come in contact with live, electronically energized parts. Estimated uniform amounts are as follows:

Period of Performance: The base period of performance is projected to be 10/1/2025-9/30/2026, with potential for 4 option years.

Interested & Capable Responses:
NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to provide the services required for Work Uniform Rental and Laundry Services for the Martinsburg VAMC.
Please respond to this RFI/Sources Sought 36C24525Q0646 with your:
