The scope of work covered by this contract shall include the furnishing and installation of all materials, parts, supplies, tools, equipment, permits, labor, supervision, training, and testing of the complete replacement of the fire alarm system in the Ellicott City District Courthouse/Multi-Service Center (MSC), located at 3451 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, Maryland 21043.
