Project Description: PSTA intends to purchase an Exclusive Filtration Process and Monitoring, Certification and Inspection Service for PSTA's Four (4) 20,000-Gallon Diesel Fuel Tanks, in which they will be thoroughly cleaned with no system down time. PSTA shall contract this procurement with Universal Fuel Services. This is an acquisition with an estimated value of $12,000.
