Synopsis:

NOTCHING AND WIDENING and CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on Highway No. 21 from its junction with Makwa Grid 699 to its junction with the northern Ministikwan Lake IR access road; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 8.33 km.
