Design Build Services Portable Addition

The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CEF) is anticipating adding two portables to one Regina school in 2025 and possibly more portables to additional schools. They would like to have a contractor selected to expedite construction work and ensure the portables are open for September 2025.

The Owner expects that the Proponent will:

· Discharge their services in a professional, courteous and respectful manner;

· Adhere to the project schedule;

· Work together cohesively with the team in a positive, team focused manner;

· Bring innovative ideas and approaches to their services; and

· Look for opportunities to deliver the project differently and enhance Owner value.

The Owner is looking for a Proponent that will bring a high level of expertise in delivering their services and that will be respectful of the Owner’s expectations and the Owner’s role

Deadline for Questions: December 12, 2024 - Written questions submitted by email will be accepted up to 5:00pm as per the date noted

One digital copy in PDF or .DOCX format shall be delivered by email after no later than 2:00:00PM local Saskatchewan time, on the date of the “Closing” to the following person and email address:

It is the responsibility of the Proponent to deliver its Proposal to the address indicated during the closing period.

Submissions that are not received at the above address during the closing period will not be considered.

Proposals submitted by facsimiles or by hard copy will not be accepted.

Proposals received at the above address outside the closing period will not be considered.

Communication from all Proponents in relation to this RFP or the Project is restricted to the RFP Process Manager or designate. Any communication with the Owner’s board members, leadership team or staff, or other advisor to the Owner, or the Selection Committee other than the RFP Process Manager may result in the Proponent being disqualified.
