The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) State Printing and Mail Services, is soliciting for CANON EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026

A mandatory site visit to the facility is required to verify code credientials essential to servicing the Canon ColorStream system.  The site visit is available from Wednesday, April 23, 2025 through Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.  Please contact Sheila Gjurecech at 614-300-9291 to schedule your visit.
Process

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) State Printing and Mail Services, is soliciting for CANON EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES for July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

Fulfillment of the questionnaire is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

Selection will be based on the response that is determined to be most advantageous to the State, pursuant to the corresponding evaluation criteria, which is attached.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
