This is not being solicited as a commercial item. Configuration Control and Higher-Level Quality Management does not apply. This is an Enhanced Export Control Item. This is a sole source item coded 3/B. This agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternative offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Rockwell Collins, CAGE 84T51, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The SAR package will not be considered for the current procurement.
To submit your SAR please send an email to: dlaavnsmallbus@dla.mil, subject "request a
SAR drop off". After we receive your email request a "request for drop off" will be returned, where you
can download your file. Include CAGE code, the NSN and the email address where you want to receive
the link.
DELIVERY: 365 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 181 EA. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Destination. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the issue date will be on or around 15 September 2025, closing on or around 15 October 2025. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors.
