Request for Proposal for eLearning Design and Development

SaskTel's Learning and Development team is seeking multiple skilled eLearning and development Suppliers to partner with to enhance our organization’s training and development programs. Our goal is to leverage innovative eLearning solutions to provide our employees with engaging, effective and accessible learning experiences that support their professional growth.

We are looking for Suppliers who can provide a comprehensive range of services, including but not limited to:

• Create tailored and curated eLearning content, and design captivating educational materials.
• Integration with SaskTel's Learning Management System (LMS), SAP SuccessFactors.
• Offer consulting services and perform comprehensive needs assessments.
• Develop a variety of learning materials, such as tools, graphics, resources, job aids, webinars, and utilize mobile and social networking platforms to enhance employees’ professional skills.
• Develop a variety of learning formats, including web-based training (WBT), virtual reality (VR) experiences, materials for facilitated learning in virtual instructor-led (VIL) training, text-based resources such as multimedia content.
• Incorporation of gamification, microlearning, and mobile learning, among other innovative methods.
• Create effective and quantifiable assessment and evaluation methodologies.

This procurement event is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.
