Description:

This RFQ requires the Contractor to assist and support CalRecycle's efforts to develop markets for Tire-Derived Aggregate (TDA) in civil engineering applications to divert waste tires from California landfills. The Contractor shall provide public and private entities interested in TDA for civil engineering projects (e.g., retaining wall backfill, lightweight fill, vibration attenuation, stormwater management, gas collection) education and technical assistance.
