Fleet Vehicle and Boat Cleaning Services

The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) is dedicated to the preservation and management of Florida’s precious water resources. The District is responsible for managing ground and surface water supplies in all or part of 18 counties in northeast and east-central Florida.

The District provides and maintains a fleet of vehicles for the support of approximately 550 District staff. In order to maintain a safe, serviceable, and available fleet of vehicles, the District intends to employ the services of a contractor to provide washing/cleaning/vacuuming and waxing of the District's pool vehicles.

The initial term for the awarded contract will expire on September 30, 2028. The estimated budget for the initial term of the project is $195,000. (October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2028). The awarded contract will include two, 12-month renewal terms (October 1, 2028 – September 30, 2030).
