2026 Milling and Paving Program

It is the intent of the City for the Successful Proposer to furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to execute and properly finish the Project, as detailed and described herein. The City will be milling and paving roads in various parts of the City along with incidental related work including minor drainage improvements, replacement of traffic signal loop detectors, concrete sidewalks and ADA compliant pedestrian ramps. Work shall be phased and scheduled to provide for continued regular and handicapped access to residential, commercial and businesses during working hours. It is also noted that several of the roads are located at or near Connecticut Department of Transportation highway on- or off-ramps or intersections. See RFP doc for full notice.
