This is being resolicited as not enough eligible MBE quotes were received.

Open Market Solicitation

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting suppliers for the below items:

10 qty rolls 36" wide x 100' 8 mil polypropylene, 3 inch core, UV light ink curing compatible
10 qty boxes (10 boards per box) Mountcor Pouch Boards 25" x 37", 3/16" thick, Gloss, White
150 qty sheets 3/16" White Foam Core Boards, 40" x 60"
15 qty rolls 36" x 100' QM-STMPP-36 Satin Paper roll media

Please be sure to  include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

Freight and shipping charges are to be inclusive in your overall proposal total.
