Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio, Texas, and its affiliated entities a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (“Opportunity Home” or “Owner”) (formerly d/b/a San Antonio Housing Authority (“SAHA”)) request proposals from experienced developers who possess the qualifications and expertise to implement a Transformation / Repositioning Plan (TRP) for the San Juan Masterplan Community. Proposals are to be submitted in accordance with this invitation and the accompanying instructions.
