Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide KSU-Fireworks to the Kennesaw State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
The primary objective of this SOW is to secure a professional fireworks display provider who can deliver safe, high-quality, and visually appealing fireworks displays for various KSU events, contributing to the overall success and enjoyment of these events. Kennesaw State University (KSU) seeks a single supplier to provide fireworks for multiple significant events over the coming years. This is a unique opportunity to partner with one of Georgia¿s premier universities and showcase your expertise at highly visible events that draw large audiences from the campus and the broader community.
