This Request for Bids (RFB) is issued to solicit competitive pricing from quali?ed vendors for the procurement of computer hardware and associated warranty/support services as detailed below. The items listed represent a specific set of end-user computing devices required to support our operational needs, including standard business notebooks, desktop computers, rugged ?eld notebooks, and enterprise-grade extended support agreements.
Vendors responding to this RFB are expected to provide pricing for all items exactly as specified. All equipment must be new, current production, and sourced through authorized distribution channels. Refurbished, gray-market, or end-of-life products will not be accepted.
