Moisture Mitigation at David Pinney Barn
The Town of Windsor Locks is seeking to engage a qualified firm to provide moisture mitigation at the David Pinney Bard. This includes the repairing and/or replacing existing gutters and connecting all roof leaders to splash blocks and discharging away from buildings. Bidders will provide a base bid and bids for 7 alternates associated with drainage, site improvements, masonry restoration, damp proofing, and paving as specified on the documents provided.
