- Summary:The City of Virginia Beach is requesting proposals for a one (1) year contract with four (4) optional renewals to provide a 20 minute, July 4 show that creates four (4) scenes: the opening, the body, the false finale and the grand finale. Each scene shall be a mini-finale that includes some special effects that will create a crescendo to the “grand” finale. The show shall constantly have shells in the air, with no dead air time. Although the majority of the show needs to be high level, a variety of low level special effects are required/desired for the enjoyment of those in attendance at the park.
