Additional Instructions
LIMITED TO MASTER CONTRACTORS
Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the CATS+ and the Contract/BPO # 060B2490023 – Functional Area 14 are eligible to submit a proposal in response to this secondary competition Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP).
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) responses will only be accepted through email to the Procurement Officer (See the Key Information Sheet).
If a Master Contractor chooses not to submit a proposal, a Master Contractor Feedback Form (available online within the Master Contractor Admin System) must be submitted to the TO Procurement Officer. The feedback form helps the State understand for future contract development why Master Contractors did not submit proposals. The form is accessible via the CATS+ Master Contractor login screen and clicking on TORFP Feedback Response Form from the menu.
