Description:

The project is located at the Napa County Juvenile Justice Center (JJC) at 212 Walnut Street, Napa, CA. The work consists of removal of built in correctional furniture, removal and replacement of correctional cell doors, remove and replace carpet, installation of new carpet, painting, and purchase and installation of furniture.

Engineer’s Estimate: $250,000

Addendum 1 has been added. The requirement for a visitor clearance for the job walk has been removed, Contractors attending the mandatory meeting are required to sign in. The Mandatory pre-bid meeting list has been posted. Addendum 2 has been added, changes the bid opening date among other items.

Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a Class “B” license at the time of contract award.

Special Requirements:

Any persons entering the JJC facility will be required to provide a completed Visitor Security Clearance Form no later than 4:00 PM, February 17, 2025, in order to participate in the mandatory bidder walkthrough. Please submit your Visitor Security Clearance form to Nate Galambos at [email protected] . All submissions will be subject to background and security checks. PDF scans need to be clear and readable, or they may be rejected.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Public Works office, Napa County Administration Building, 1195 Third Street, Room 101, Napa, California.
