CONSULTING SERVICES FOR TITLE VI PROGRAM. The City of St. Louis Park is expanding its Title VI plan and is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to support this effort. The project is set to begin in November 2025. The selected consultant will be responsible for reviewing and updating the current Title VI Plan to reflect citywide efforts, review and provide recommendations for the Language Access Plan, conduct analysis of the city’s current discrimination report process, provide recommendations for city employee Title VI trainings, and robust public participation engagement.
