The Florida Department of Commerce (Commerce) issues this solicitation to obtain proposals from qualified Respondents to propose a new infrastructure impact study that shall be a detailed, in-depth infrastructure analysis based on results produced in the 2023 Florida Keys Hurricane Evacuation Modeling Study (https://floridajobs.org/docs/default-source/community-planning-development-and-services/evacuation-modeling-report-final-with-appendices79bb3ca4cbbb61cbb02aff01004f56df.pdf?sfvrsn=47005db0_10).

The Contractor shall do so by conducting research and showcasing the current and projected needs for infrastructure for both the Florida Keys and the City of Key West as described in the 2023 Study.
