Project Description: The City of Palm Bay is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the design, equipment, materials, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a clean agent fire suppression system (HFC-227ea or equivalent) rated for ABC-class fires. The system will be installed in an Information Technology Server Room located within the Utilities Administration Building at 250 Osmosis Dr. SW, Palm Bay, Florida 32909.
This project shall result in a fully functional, code-compliant, turnkey system including removal of the existing wet-pipe fire sprinkler system and full integration with the existing fire alarm control panel (Simplex 4004). All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes and permitting requirements.
