REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE SECURITY SERVICES

CCTM on behalf of BAT is seeking proposals from qualified professional unarmed Security Guard service firms to provide a safe, and secure environment at its downtown Terminal located at 10 Commercial Street, Brockton, MA 02302 for its passengers, and employees.

The contract resulting from the successful proposal is subject to financial assistance between the BAT, the U.S. Department of Transportation (Federal Transit Administration, FTA), and the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). The successful proposer will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Completed proposal submissions are due no later than 2:00PM (EST) May 20, 2026. In addition to the procurement schedule, proposers should review this RFP for specific submission requirements.
