The City of St Petersburg ("City") is soliciting bids to award a qualified Vendor to provide and deliver Holophane street lighting fixtures to the City's Consolidated Inventory Warehouse.

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a pricing agreement for Holophane street lighting fixtures. The City operates a central warehouse which is a division of the Procurement and Supply Management Department. The objective of the central warehouse is to minimize inventory investments and operating costs while maintaining an adequate supply of inventory to meet the needs of its internal customers. The central warehouse serves approximately thirty-two (32) City departments. The day-to-day operation of the central warehouse is managed by the warehouse manager who reports to the Procurement and Supply Management Department Director. The warehouse carries a 2.2 million dollar inventory, and has over 4.2 million in sales yearly.
