Services for Cafe Operations and Management - Hidden Valley Ski Resort in Cypress Hills Provincial Park

Hidden Valley is a popular winter destination operated by Alberta Parks in Cypress Hills Provincial Park which sees up to 22,000 skier visits a year, known for its family-friendly atmosphere, diverse terrain, and consistent snow conditions. The resort caters to a wide range of visitors, from beginners to experienced skiers and snowboarders who may require a break from the slopes from time to time, making the cafe an addition to the overall positive guest experience. This contract seeks a partner to deliver a family-friendly, high-quality and reliable food and drink experience that aligns with the resort's reputation and operational standards.

Hidden Valley Ski Resort, in Parks South, is issuing a service delivery contract for the operation and management of the Café / Restaurant at the resort. The Province requires the Contractor to perform the following:
-- Cafe Operations
-- Staffing and Training
-- Inventory Management and Maintenance
-- Customer Service and Sales
-- Light Cleaning and Building Maintenance
