Notice of Intent to Sole Source: PICOM Software Maintenance - ScImage

The requirement is to provide Software support agreement for PICOM Enterprise and PICOM Cloud provided by

ScImage Inc. installed at CDC/NIOSH. ScImage Software support includes the following:

Software updates/upgrades: The latest Software Version for Support and minor enhancement releases. New features are not included updates/upgrades

• Remote access support: Remote response to most Software configuration issues

and direct support for installation of Software updates

• Unlimited Telephone support during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Customer’s

local time, Monday through Friday excluding ScImage recognized holidays (New

Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,

Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).

• 99.99% Software Uptime Guarantee

• One general customer review visit per year to review customer concerns and

plans for the next year.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to ScImage. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responses received by July 11, 2025 at 5 PM Eastern Standard Time of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
