NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that the Sevier School District, 180 East 600 North, Richfield, Utah, will receive Bid
Proposals on or before Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. for the construction of the following:
Pahvant Elementary Partial Re-Roof 2025
These Contract Documents may be examined and digital copies obtained on or after Tuesday, March 4,
2025. An electronic copy of the contract documents will be available on U3P or from KMA Architects. All
questions must be submitted by 5:00 p.m on Monday, March 17, 2025. All questions and bids must be
submitted through U3P.
There will be a mandatory pre-bid walk through on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 10 a.m.
Project Scope: This project consists of the partial re-roof of Pahvant Elementary School. Portions of the
existing roof are to receive a new roofing membrane over existing membrane, the existing metal
flashings, roof crickets, and roof drains to be reused.
Project Location:
Pahvant Elementary School, 520 N 300 W, Richfield, UT 84701
Construction Documents and Scope Sheets (proposal form) must be used for bidding this project and will
be provided by KMA Architects.
The Board reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all proposals, or waive any informality in a
proposal.
