This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement under NAICS 238390 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. Please submit quotes via email to Anthony Jacobs at
anthony.jacobs.8@us.af.mil no later than 1 September 2025 at 14:00 PM EDT. Please be sure to include all costs associated with this acquisition.
A site visit is being offered for this solicitation and will be held on 22 August 2025 from 11:00 a.m. EDT to 1:00 p.m. EDT. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and must provide their visitor(s) names, which must match the name on their approved form of identification (e.g. Drivers License, Valid Passport, or State Identification Card) to the site visit POC, Lisa Matney at lisa.matney@us.af.mil, no later than 12:00 p.m. on 21 August 2025.

NOTE 1: Individuals with Driver's Licenses/Identification cards that state "Not Valid for Federal Purposes," "Not For Use as Federal Identification," "Federal Limits May Apply," or any other similar phrase, must be escorted). An approved secondary form of identification for Individuals who do possess a driver's license or identification card with Federal use limitations. For example: A guest with a Driver's License that states 'Federal Limits Apply' must have an escort with them at all times, but will still be able to drive on the installation. If that same guest also brought an unaltered social security card or passport, they would be allowed driving privileges and DO NOT require an escort while on the installation.
NOTE 2: Those possesing a Temporary Visitor's Driver's License are not permitted on the installation. Valid for driving only. Not valid for identification. This is a one-time, competitive acquisition, the Contractor shall provide all the materials, parts, travel, tools, and labor necessary to provide modifications to existing workstation (66), new workstations (22), new private offices (7), update small conference room, and new carpet (demolition and installation) 35,000 sq/ft to
Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia.

1.1 Kickoff meeting/ Site visit will be held fourteen (14) days after date of contract award
1.2 Provide Floor plan layout/schematic of 88 workstations and 7 private offices
1.3 The Contractor shall utilize existing Herman Mills (MillerKnoll) workstations components, parts, and accessories to reconfigure new workstations.
1.4 Workstations (88 total) and private offices (7 total) shall include at a minimum:
- Workstation walls and components = 88 total
- Private office walls - 100 sq/ft = 7 total
- Ergonomic work desk
- Storage unit (small and large)
- Accessories/Overhead task lighting
1.5 Conference room
- Conference room tables - modular rectangle - minimum 11
- Conference room chairs - minimum 22
1.6 Carpet - approximately 35,000 sq/ft
