The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project:
Project Description:The Dixie Technical College Southeast existing Parking Lot improvements includes redoing the parking lot to align with the building property and adds a landscaped buffer along the entire parking lot. The north half of the parking lot improvements include a new entrance drive, 2 new swinging metal gates, landscaped buffer area, demolished existing concrete sidewalk and curbs, new asphalt and striping, and relocating existing light poles. The south half of the parking lot has a new landscaped buffer area while keeping the asphalt parking lot as existing.
Construction Cost Estimate:$540,000.00
