Project Description: PCMC is inviting Proposals from persons or firms (“Respondent”) to provide redevelopment proposals on an approximately 5-acre site (“Site"), less any area dedicated to the Kimball Art Center project, in the Bonanza Park/Snow Creek Neighborhood. No guarantee of the actual service/product requirement is implied or expressed by this RFP or the resulting agreements.
