REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 27-0014A
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES
This Addendum and Clarification item forms a part of the RFQ Documents and modifies the original RFQ Documents
issued September 9, 2026. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the Addendum Form of the Request for
Qualifications. Failure to acknowledge receipt shall result in disqualification.
This Addendum consists of 1 page.
CLARIFICATION:
1. Question: Regarding the regulatory arm of historic preservation, does OPSB "the client" expect the selected
consultant to provide state or federal regulatory consultation services for historic resources under this contract (such as
Section 106)?
Answer: The selected Engineering Firms will be required to understand and apply the Secretary of the Interior's
Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties for applicable historic projects. Any additional specialized services
required for a specific project will be identified as part of the project-specific scope.
2. Question: Is there a limitation to the amount of DBEs you can list on this submittal?
Answer: No. The RFQ does not establish a numerical limit on the number of proposed DBE firms that may be listed.
