Solicitation Summary

Time and materials bid for electrician an on-call and in rare cases emergency electrician for State Highway Admin Centreville. All work in Queen Anne's County on the Eastern Shore. Time and materials for up to two years. Payment after work performed. Can pay by card upon invoice receipt, if vendor does not charge card processing fees. Standard payment and payment for invoices above $5,000 is check by mail unless free direct deposit (ACH transfer) is setup.

Small business reserve. No travel time, mileage fees, gasoline surcharges, minimum show up time. Materials bought by contractor at 0-10% mark up, according to vendors choice on price sheet. Alternatively, SHA can procure materials for contractor to use.

No unlicensed helpers please get them in the licensed apprentice pipeline to become a journeyman. Crew size is a maximum of 2 licensed persons - master, journeyman, and/or apprentice.

These are relatively simple 120V, 208V, and 240V single phase circuits. Job site is normally open from 6:30 AM to 3PM Monday through Friday.
