Q1: Given the estimated 5,350 PDFs, is a representative, risk-based document assessment with a
documented triage method acceptable, or is an individual review of every document expected
within this contract?
A1: The County needs counseling on whether the new ADA rule exempts existing noncompliant content
or only content created after the rule takes effect. If there is content that is not exempt it must be
assessed for compliance.
Q2: For approximately two dozen staff, should proposers define the number, duration, and topics
of sessions and associated support materials, or is there a required minimum? Would reusable
accessible source-document templates and staff job aids be appropriate deliverables within the
training scope?
A2: That approach would be acceptable.
