The NY National Guard is requesting quotes to provide meals for the 145 SMC, from 31 May 2025 - 8 June 2025 and 14 June 2025, at the Staten Island Armory, Staten Island, NY.

Delivery Location: Staten Island Armory, 321 Manor Rd, Staten Island, NY 10314

Delivery/ Drop off time, 15 mins prior to meal start time.

Meal start time; 1100hrs Lunch.

Each Meal must contain 11 Non-Pork Meals and 3 Vegetarian Meals

*** Individually Packaged meals for entire duration.

31 May 2025 - Lunch – Menu # 1, 170 Meals, to be delivered by 1100 (11 Non-Pork Meals, 3 Vegetarian Meals, and 156 Regular Meals)

1 June 2025 - Lunch – Menu # 2, 130 Meals, to be delivered by 1100 (11 Non-Pork Meals, 3 Vegetarian Meals, and 116 Regular Meals)

This requirement is a small business set-aside. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the scope of work and 21-day menu attached. If the government determines it necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Scope of Work has been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered. The awardee will be invoicing in the WAWF system. All Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.GOV.
