Solicitation Summary
Sealed proposals shall be submitted in duplicate and received by the offices of the Board of Education of Allegany County, 108 Washington Street, Cumberland, MD 21502 until 2:00 PM local time June 2, 2026 for the Storage Tank Replacement at Flintstone Elementary School in Cumberland, Maryland. Thereafter, such proposals shall be publicly opened and read aloud. The sealed proposals will be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared for the Owner by RTM Engineering.

Additional Instructions
Bonafide Prime Contractors
may obtain electronic files in pdf format (drawings and
specifications) via email from the Allegany County Public Schools Construction Department by contacting Jay Marley by email at william.marleyiii@acpsmd.org . Upon award of the Contract, the successful Contractor shall utilize the electronic documents for printing additional sets required for construction. Any addenda will be provided electronically.
