Project Description One-Two Sentences
Winston Salem State University (WSSU) is seeking building commissioning services for the mechanical, electrical and building envelope systems of the KR Williams Renovation and Expansion project. Major project elements pertinent to commissioning include the creation of a new under-seating plenum, roof top mechanical units, new electrical systems including transformers and switchgear, new glazing and curtain walls, as well as the removal of all existing brick and installation of an exterior wall air space and rainscreen with new brick cladding. The project is currently in the early stages of Construction Documentation, with Szostak Design as the architecture firm leading the project and D.A. Everett+Christman as the construction manager.
