Seasonal Landscape Maintenance Activities Request for Quotations

The Town of Zionsville (“Town”) is soliciting unit price quotes for certain landscape maintenance activities at multiple locations throughout town. Services under consideration include mulching, fertilizer and weed control applications, general landscape maintenance activities, annual flower installation and maintenance, seasonal displays, and activities consistent with general aesthetic upkeep. While the Town is providing specific information and services for the convenience of a Contractor, the intent of these services is to maintain a verdant, vibrant, aesthetically pleasing, well-kept, and weed-free appearance to our downtown business area. The selected Contractor and Town will work together mutually and reasonably to achieve the above goal within the intent of this RFQ as well as other needs, occasions, or conditions may arise. Upon acceptance of a quote, the town intends to enter into a contract for seasonal services for services through the 2026 season with the potential to extend a third year upon mutual concurrence and static pricing.

The majority of the services will be performed along and near Zionsville’s Main St. between 106th St. to the south, and Ash Street to the north. One roundabout center island is included, located at the intersection of Ford Rd. and Bloor Lane.
