Description:

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to,
the following:

The project consists of the construction of a new administration building and a pre-
engineered metal building for vehicle storage.
The work includes general construction, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, and security.
Site work includes grading and installation of utilities in the immediate vicinity of the
buildings.
Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
