The intent is to provide a sound roofing system that is leak free and weathertight with a fully insulated roof system utilizing polyisocyanurate insulation. Associated Repair Work Items include (A) Repoint top two (2) feet of parapet walls; (B) Replace door sealant; (C) Remove & dispose of parapet mounted fixed railings; (D) Install new wood blocking & plywood where indicated; (E) Install new through-wall scupper sleeves and drip edges.
