Description

This sources sought synopsis is issued solely for information and planning purposes to gain knowledge of potential sources capable of fully satisfying a potential requirement. This is not a solicitation announcement nor does it promise a solicitation in the future. Quotes are not being requested or accepted at this time and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All submissions will become Government property and will not be returned. The Government will not provide any feedback or evaluations regarding the information submitted.



Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response under this sources sought notice.



The AOC is seeking creative solutions for installing up to 117 flags and banners, of various designs from approximately 7’-0” to 14’-0” in width to 13’0” – 30’-0” feet in height, located between columns at eight of the 12 balconies on the perimeter of the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, DC. These flags and banners are to be in place for approximately two months during the summer of 2026 with a temporary system that can facilitate early installation and flexible removal, when and if, a weather event occurs.
