RFA #20535 - Health Promotion and Education for Indigenous Communities - New York City and Long Island - Reissue

The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) AIDS Institute (AI), Division of HIV, STD, HCV Prevention (DOP) announces the availability of $300,000 annually in New York State (NYS) funding through November 30, 2028, to support the implementation of health promotion and wellness/education services that prioritize Indigenous individuals and communities.

This Request for Application (RFA) seeks to reduce barriers to prevention and health care access for Indigenous individuals and communities by focusing on strengthening capacity and improving systems through partnership building and culturally responsive practices.
