Project Description: On Behalf of the Bernalillo County (“County”) Planning and Development Services Department the Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department (“Purchasing”) is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide an independent analysis of an application submitted by Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). This analysis is intended to facilitate the BCC’s decision-making process in evaluating the merits and accuracy of a PNM land use application and associated electrical transmission infrastructure.
