Description: 1. Chemung County (The County) is soliciting proposals for PARKING ACCESS AND REVENUE CONTROL SYSTEM (PARCS) for the Elmira Corning Regional Airport in Horseheads, NY. The County is requesting proposals from interested and prequalified Companies to supply, install and configure the PARCS equipment for the facility described in this Request For Proposals (RFP). The Elmira Corning Regional Airport will select a PARCS to establish a robust and efficient solution to manage parking operations, enhance security and optimize revenue generation.
