This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service (NPS) has a requirement for limestone aggregate procurement and delivery for Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area for Salt Pine Trail.
This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03 January 17, 2025.
This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price
Period of Performance: 30 Days after award
