Description
The Morgan County Board of Commissioners invites sealed proposals from qualified design-build contractors for the construction of a new cardboard sorting facility in Madison, Georgia. This facility will support Morgan County's recycling and waste management operations.
The project consists of a 60×80-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) on an 8-inch reinforced concrete slab, complete with structural, electrical, and door/access systems as described herein. The Owner requires a turn-key design-build approach, inclusive of all engineering, permitting coordination, labor, and materials.
