The Contractor shall be responsible for all work including permitting, abatement, demolition, protection of nearby structures, and site restoration. The General Contractor and/or their Subcontractors must be certified by DCAMM in the categories of Demolition and Asbestos Removal. The General Contractor must have DCAMM Demolition Certification for a minimum project value of $500,000.
